From our very first meeting with Ron to talk through plans all the way through completion, we were completely impressed with all members of the ARK team. Ron and team were very personable and professional while delivering on all commitments. Every concern or question was met with reassurance along the way and Ron went out of his way to provide insights into design features which meant a lot to us.

I had a great experience with Ron. The house turned out perfect, it was finished when he said it would be and at the price we agreed to. He also took care of any issues far after the house was complete. Ron is up front and tells it like it is, which is a good thing when it comes to building a house. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I grew up with Ron and can tell you that he is a stand up guy who has worked very hard to master what he does best, build homes. He is always looking for ways to set himself apart from other builders and his work shows that he has accomplished that. Awesome builder making Baldwin County even more beautiful with his homes.
