This project was new construction of a five-story condominium building with a first floor parking garage. We built a poured-in-place concrete parking facility with multiple floors of condominiums overhead, consisting of over 75,000 sq. The construction of this Walgreen's prototype design was completed in an extremely short time frame in order to meet its required opening date. The short duration of the project was complicated by the fact that it had to be built adjoining an existing retail center and in the midst of the existing parking lot.
