The partnership of the Design-Build option guarantees that your development will be completed on time and at or below the Guaranteed Maximum Price.

At Fraser Construction, we offer General Contracting services during the design phase, which will include such pre-construction services as estimating, scheduling, phasing, milestones, value engineering and constructability reviews. Additionally, we avoid any budget surprises with Guaranteed Maximum Price. However, there are circumstances in which the design is complete, resulting in the client putting the project out to bid among multiple general contractors.
Pre-construction services are offered before construction begins. During this phase, the Fraser Construction team plans, analyzes and establishes the needs for the unique construction project. This is a crucial phase in the process, because it provides an opportunity to educate clients on what will be needed - functionally and financially - to make their project a reality. A pre-construction service contract requires a lump sum investment to begin the conceptual and design development of the project.
