Jeff is a professional landscape architect with over 23 years of experience. His expertise includes landscape design and site development projects throughout the Carolinas with experience ranging from initial due diligence and site evaluation; master planning and site design; and detailed design and construction observation for a variety of market sectors.
SEPI engineers and designers serve as an extension of client staff to solve stormwater, flooding, and erosion control challenges with solutions that meet federal and state regulations and environmental compliance. SEPI staff have extensive experience in water resources design for a wide range of project types including municipal project management, flood studies, highway and roadway drainage design, and bridge and culvert analysis. Andy is a Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager in North Carolina with over 15 years of specialized experience in hydraulic and water resources engineering.
