Southern hospitality at its best! Rick, Sara and Jon are so nice to work with. We had an emergency weather related damage to our office twice after our initial built 10 years ago, and they responded in a timely manner and professionalism. The quality has always been exceptional. No problems after work was done.

I highly recommend Rick and the team at Colony Builders! They have been my choice of contractor for two orthodontic offices. Rick and his team have been detailed, responsive, timely in their project management and have delivered a quality project each time that has brought praise and continued compliment from our community and patient base.
It certainly 'takes a village' and Colony are a team (from design, architectural planning, on the ground project management to administrative support) that cohesively works to meet and exceed client expectation.
The aftercare on a project is just as important, and I have always had any maintenance questions answered promptly, and when needed, a team member to visit, ensuring all is well.
The portfolio of work that Rick and his team have created in the medical and dental community here in Greater Charlotte, and beyond, is impressive. Their reputation for quality work and their knowledge in the heath care space is well deserved.
