GMK Interiors is a full-service interior design firm, expert in our attention to healthcare, retirement and commercial clients for more than 30 years. Our design excellence lies in our ability to balance aesthetics with function, and to create interior spaces that are as practical, efficient and economical as they are visually refined. Our staff is well equipped with capabilities in space planning, complete interiors finish coordination, furniture and accessory selection and arrangement, and most importantly managing our clients' budgets.
For 50 years, GMK's architectural division has been designing for state and local governments, higher education, K-12, healthcare and more. GMK offers a robust staff of more than 70 professionals and support personnel that are available to meet diverse design requirements for our clients' projects. Most notably, our firm offers a total of five registered architects and seven professional engineers (with specialties in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing). Four of these architectural and engineering professionals, and two others on staff, also offer LEED accreditation.
All of these projects reflect true project management. Our track record for bringing projects in on-schedule and within budget is unsurpassed in the industry. The GMK Construction Services Division was awarded the 2001 Construction Management Association of America's South Atlantic Chapter Project Achievement Award for Public Projects over $20 million for their work in the Richmond County School System, Augusta, GA.
