The list of professional office customers is long. We continue to perform work in Chase Tower, BB&T Tower and Laidley Tower. One of the nation's largest commercial real estate companies, CBRE, uses Pray extensively within Chase Tower. In addition, we renovate and build offices for a variety of professionals, in free standing offices.

Pray offers a variety of services in coordination with our design-build offerings. Before you commit to construction, our design/schedule/budget plan, or pre-construction services, allows you to visualize your built project, have knowledge of a realistic schedule and have a very early understanding of your final cost. This is a text document that describes the intended results of your new or renovated facility. With the Program of Requirements underway, we develop a preliminary floor plan. This plan will dramatically assist you in the decision making process and help surface other design issues.

Your decision to build does not mean that you plan to relinquish your day-to-day activities and become a builder. Our design-build process allows you the flexibility to participate at a level with which you are comfortable. Ask about Pray's design-build services. Design-build is the process of planning and building which is rooted in collaboration. It involves the owner, the design team and the builder working together at the feasibility phase through construction. The design process takes place concurrently with the clarification of the size, style, scope and budget.

A unique add to the array of services for construction, we offer in-house Interior Design Services. To many, construction can seem like an overwhelming process to undertake, let along designing an entire space. Pray works to alleviate these nerves by including these services in our deliverable, assigning competent employees from concept to completion, to navigate through the selection process. Throughout the process we can provide samples, color schemes and design concepts for both interior and exterior finishes.
