Remarkably good service! Contacted on Fri. Afternoon, they got me scheduled for the following Sun @ 8:00a for a non-emergency service. I mean, nobody does that anymore. The tech, Brandon, arrives exactly on time and is just terrific. Everything done to perfection. Pricing was a good 20-25% less than prior estimates. Will be my plumber for any future needs. 5+ stars.

Our daughter's house had a plumbing issue and water leaking from the kitchen. I had called a couple other plumbing companies in the area but no one could come out right away, some were booking 2 weeks out. I called King Plumbing around 2 pm. The repairman arrived before 5 pm and had the repair complete inside of 1-2 hours. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that did the repair but he was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The cost of the repair was also reasonable. I do recommend this company and will use this company again if needed.

Service was very good. They let me know Chino was running late and he arrived promptly at the new time. He was friendly and respectful and did a nice neat job installing a new shower faucet valve.

King plumbing gets a very good review from me. Although I did not hire them for plumbing because I am a very good plumber myself but rather I hired them for air conditioner service. This technical kind of job out classes my skill set and tools so I needed some help. So I Yelped out. A few out other companies were not willing to service my unit (because it was a Mexican market unit I bought for cheap). Some other companies were willing but they Didn't have any reviews yet but I wasn't willing to be the first one. So I called King plumbing because they had very good reviews already. What can I say the reviews don't lie. The first company I hired last year to do the install messed up the install. It was a simple mistake but there was a tiny leak and so the machine ran out of Freon in the winter when I need it to make heat which makes it kind of difficult to service. King Plumbing Took care of it easily, and they came through right away and fixed it very reasonably. Their master journey man level technician was very professional and respectful. I was happy and proud to leave him his first tip.

We had a very positive experience. They were professional , helpful and knowledgeable. They were very prompt in getting someone to our house, they wore masks, and diagnosed and resolved our issues. We will definitely call them again when we have any problems.

We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. I sent a text to KING that I would contact them in the morning (Monday). As in our previous experience, the response was quick and by 10:45 our unit was up and running. Fast response, taking care of customers and personable guys who treat people with respect and understanding... yeh, I'll be calling on KING every time.

I have never interacted with an AC company that was so knowledgeable and informative, taking the time to address customer questions and concerns in order for consumer to make best purchase decisions. Luis was the tech, and I'm impressed with how much he cares that one doesn't purchase some product and then later regret it. I have had this challenge before when the timing, or the order of getting certain services such as Duct cleaning, re-sealing ducts, buying Air Scrubber, and or new HVAC, counter acted other purchase if not done in certain sequence.

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC. Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly. I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning. Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned. Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced. They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh since King had just been out a day prior. This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.
Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King. Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me. Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great. I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC. There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC. Had our backyard sump pump fail (kept tripping the GFCI). Called King Plumbing, Heating and AC and Ulises came out fast to give me an estimate on the repairs/replacement. He was very courteous and offered suggestions etc on how to remedy the situation. After all the parts came in Ulises came out again to do the repairs/replacement of the sump pump and I was amazed by the attention to detail and cleanliness. He kept me informed during the repair process and let me know tips on future maintenance of the sump pump in order to increase longevity.
Once the job was done, Ulises cleaned up and verified the sump pump performance to my satisfaction.
Overall, I would not hesitate to reach out to Ulises and King Plumbing, Heating and AC again in the future.
