Miller & Long is the leading, full-service provider of concrete construction services in the mid-Atlantic region. Launched with just two partners, our company now averages more than 1,500 employees working to build local communities from the ground up. We supply, form, pour and finish all cast in place concrete elements for structural framing on commercial, residential, mixed-use, and municipal projects. Miller & Long applies knowledge earned on building more than 2,500 structures to deliver good concrete design. Our highly experienced preconstruction, engineering and operations teams provide expert pricing, schedule analysis and logistics review to help clients manage risk and achieve efficiency throughout the construction process. In the 1950's and early 60's, we had to create a market for high-rise concrete construction. Concrete for high-rise building was still a rarity in those days, but we saw that this was the future.

For maximum efficiency, our concrete pump trucks, crane fleet, and state-of-the-art machinery and equipment for concrete construction are housed at "The Yard, " our 22-acre maintenance and storage facility. We own, maintain and operate a fleet of tower and truck cranes to offer multiple options for hoisting concrete and materials. We own and maintain concrete batch plants to facilitate convenience and control during construction. These plants limit site traffic and are environmentally friendly. Miller & Long owns and maintains multiple forming & framing systems for use on parking structures.
