In 1974, in the basement of their house on Arcadia Drive in Lilburn, Ed Mayhue and his son Richard started Arcadia HVAC. Ed was the lead plumber and boiler man for the Atlanta-based Brookhaven Plumbing before starting Arcadia. Richard quickly took control of the HVAC department, focusing on high-quality technicians, customer service and competitive rates. Today, Richard's son Cam runs the day to day operation at Arcadia, focusing exclusively on the HVAC needs of the growing population of Gwinnett County, making him the third generation of Arcadia to use honesty and hard work to deliver unsurpassed quality of work.
