Mike Childers was fantastic. We recently had our roof replaced and he went above and beyond once he noticed our flue was not connected properly because of the roofers. So glad he saw this during our normal bi-annual servicing. Highly recommend this company. They’ve been great to work with!

The technician Josh Roger’s called me to notify me roughly when he would show up, which I appreciated.
He was very courteous and kind!
He took the time to listen to my complaints regarding my AC unit. He worked diligently to fix my problem. Josh was very open and honest about the possible issues we were having and gave me an idea of what we would be paying for the services that would be rendered. He fixed our issue and was done very promptly. Should we ever have any issues in the future, I will be calling Superior Indoor Comfort Inc. and requesting Josh Roger’s.
