Since 1979, our PennDOT Prequalified, Concrete Paving Division has completed numerous and various concrete projects throughout all the Counties and the local municipalities within PennDOT District 11 and 12. We have also completed projects for the City of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, Urban Redevelopment Authority. Our crews are experienced in placing Concrete Curbs, Sidewalks and Roadways and Walls.

We are a Union Contractor and are signatory with the Laborers Union No. 1058, the Carpenters Union No. 2274, the Operators Union No. 66, and the Cement Masons Union No. 526.
Since 2000, Michael Facchiano Contracting, Inc. places a dedicated and state of the art fleet of vehicles i.e. Since that time, MFC, Inc. places a second fleet at the Airport to provide the necessary Snow and Ice removal, De-Icing, and the placement of Sodium Acetate and sand for the Cargo areas (Cargo A, Cargo 1, 2, and 3) for AFCO Cargo Pit, LLC. This extended season, from early November thru April enables our crews to keep the trucks and planes moving safely, so that they can load and unload cargo for various destinations throughout the nation.
