Great Falls worked with Port City Architecture and the owners of the Budde Cole condominium in Portland, Maine. The Budde Cole condo is situated in a prime location overlooking Monument Square and the Portland Public Library. Great Falls converted the sprawling loft into a two bedroom living space complete with historic architectural wood details. This high end residential renovation features clean lines with an open concept design. The completed condo project provides amazing views of Portland and ample natural light throughout.

Great Falls Construction Management team has completed several large, mid-size and small commercial renovation projects throughout Maine. Utilizing a large network of designers, engineers and subcontractors, we work diligently to ensure the timely and successful completion of even the most challenging commercial renovations. This project consisted of the renovation and addition to the existing Bruce Whittier Middle School in Poland, Maine. The project called for 13,000 SF of new wood framed classroom addition to include (4) state of the art science laboratories and nearly 8,000 SF of renovated classroom and administrative space with new heating/cooling, fire alarm, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Great Falls constructed Station Square, the 70,000 square foot mixed use building located in the heart of Gorham's village. The building has 33-residential and 6-commercial units. This facility is home for Chalmers Insurance's new headquarters, Junction Bowl a full service bowling alley and restaurant and Grand Central Wine bar a state of the art wine bar and tapas restaurant.
