At Teagno Construction, Inc. (TCI) we believe that authenticity matters. Whether it's a new home design/build, an addition, renovation, home improvement or commercial construction - it's our feeling that each project should truly reflect the uniqueness of each client. Regardless of the project's size or scope, the spaces where people live and work matter too much for us to build something that isn't true to who they are as individuals - or to who we are as builders. It's why we listen carefully to understand the authentic nature of our client's vision; why we are honest and transparent when preparing proposals and designs; and why our experienced and knowledgeable craftspeople are painstaking in their attention to detail of workmanship and material.
Our work says a lot about us - in terms of both our 40-year history building homes and structures within the Pioneer Valley and throughout Western Massachusetts, as well as the breadth of projects we undertake. The staff at TCI are experienced builders, most of whom have worked together here for more than 15 years. Through our collective expertise we've found ways to restore 200-year-old farmhouses and ways to create custom homes that are the full realization of their owner's unique vision. Perhaps most importantly, we've found over the years that the most important element in any project is clear and effective communication with the client.
Throughout our history, TCI has completed a wide-range of multi-family and single family, commercial and institutional projects throughout the Pioneer Valley and Western Massachusetts. From design/build, site development, and local interface to construction management and general contracting, we are singularly focused on providing our client's with quality craftsmanship on projects of all sizes. And while we have many rules we adhere to during the hands-on process of designing and building, restoring or renovating, there is one main rule that guides our company: if clients do not fully understand what a project requires, they will never be satisfied with the end result.
