Here's a semi-factual idea of some of the issues that we deal with when the warm weather comes back to town. True---bigger isn't better when it comes to AC. Even 3 ton for this house is excessive (but better than 4 ton!) False--- 'up to 25 feet of line', maybe correct but many systems are based on.
