Design-Build is a method of construction delivery in which all aspects of the project are completed by a single source including architectural design, engineering, estimating and construction. This differs in comparison to design-bid-build method in which the various activities are completed independently of one another. The design of the new kitchen is absolutely beautiful and is really functional. It is so much fun to cook and entertain in our new space. We wonder if this excitement will wear off, but we like to just sit in the kitchen and marvel at how much we love it.
