Have used Yanni’s 3 times over the last few years. They are very responsive and got to us pretty quickly. They communicate well to keep you informed as to when the technician will arrive. And the work has been good as well.

First of all, the office staff (Wanda) is wonderful. Positive attitude, excellent personality.
Secondly, the maintenance staff. Gus and Mike. Oh my gosh, they were great. Good interaction with customers. Good explanation of system. Both guys have great personalities and I am glad they will be my maintenance team.
PS…. I asked the guys if Wanda was as nice in person as she is on the phone. In unison both guys said “Wanda is great”, she is a really good person.

They were extremely polite on the phone. They came out the same day I called, texted the timeframe the technician would arrive and also when he was on his way. He explained the problem then repaired it and emailed an invoice and took my payment online. I have to say it was the most painless home repair yet. Thank you for great service!
