HASCO located in the greater Indianapolis area, was built on the principles of integrity, honesty and craftsmanship more than 25 years ago by founders and owners Carla and Tom Merrill. The couple started a sealcoating business while Tom was in college. The company steadily expanded, adding paving and concrete services.
