Our national award winning welding departments offer wire welding including GMAW (aka:MIG), GTAW (aka:TIG, Heliarc), Fluxcore, Metalcore, Aluminum, Plasma Weld, Brazing and Pulse Heliarc. MEC also provides spot, projection and stud welding for metal cabinets and all types of small precision parts. We utilize Demmeler setup tables for low volume production runs.

MEC's programmable fiber optic and CO2 laser cutting services eliminate expensive hard tooling for trial or short production runs. Programming is done directly from CAD data. This state-of-the-art equipment cuts metal up to 5/8 thick while maintaining tolerances to.002 inches at speeds up to 1300 inches per minute. Our laser cutting capabilities provide cost effective precision parts for prototypes or production components.
