Crown Corr Inc. is a leader in custom, architectural standing seam metal roofs and has completed more than 3.5 million square-feet of metal roofing over the past five years. We have accomplished the installation of standing seam metal roof panels over 460 feet long (single sheet), as well as curved and double curved (serpentine) metal roofing. Crown Corr has fabricated and installed metal roofing projects throughout North America including Raleigh Durham Airport, Edward H. McNamara International Airport, McCarran International Airport, Tampa International Airport, Miami International Airport, Sacramento International Airport and LAX.
Crown Corr offers a full array of custom metal products including column covers, cornices, shingled applications and ornamental features. Our modern metal forming and steel fabrication facilities allow us the ability to quickly provide samples and mock-ups of materials and also resolve coordination issues during the design process and throughout the construction cycle. We also fabricate the support materials required to install the custom products and ornamental systems required for each project.
Crown Corr has a full-service engineering department including Licensed Structural Engineers as well as 10 full-time CAD operators. Our capabilities include AutoCAD 2011, Autodesk Revit and Rhino 3D Modeling. Our 3D capabilities allow us to pro-actively coordinate/participate in BIM modeling of exterior building envelops. We utilize our software proficiency to efficiently develop innovative designs. Many of our projects are highly involved and complex, and our ability to utilize 3D Modeling to develop surfaces, intersections, and overall constructability allows us to exceed your design expectations.
Crown Corr operates two full service fabrication facilities located in Gary, Indiana and Dallas, Texas. We typically produce structural steel framing systems (tube steel, pipe, wide flange and angle), gauge metal framing systems, aluminum support systems and custom hybrid systems for project specific demands. Our facilities comprise over 75,000 square feet of modern metal forming technologies. We offer a variety of prime and finish painted support systems. We are self-sufficient and streamlined in the production of custom pieces.
