As the industry evolves we have as well with fluid applied options for roofing. Complementing the roofing we can field or shop fabricate coordinating architectural metals depending on the need. From the basement of their childhood residence, co-founders Terry Hann and Gary Hann turned a summer time residential painting venture into one of the largest and most prestigious construction service organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region. The roots of Hann & Hann date back to 1974 as a painting company born here in Montgomery County MD. In addition, we are capable of performing a variety of tasks ranging from window and door installation, wood and metal framing, decks, sheathing, Tyvek/WRB, flashings and building envelope, siding in wood, cement fiberboard and vinyl, drywall, acoustic ceiling systems, cabinets, finish trim work such as crown, chair as well as baseboard moldings.
