Kalpokas Painting

Damien Kalpokas began working for various painting contractors in Philadelphia in 1990. In 1994, Damien moved to Lancaster County and continued working for other painting contracting companies until the summer of 2000 when Kalpokas Painting was founded. Damien decided to use his extensive training in residential, light commercial, fire and water damage, and restoration painting while conducting business in the manner he believes in — providing quality work that will last. His expertise is utilized by serving clients throughout the region.

During our inspection we will look at the surface area to see if it should be cleaned or stripped. After the inspection we can determine the best procedure for giving your deck or fence a professional, quality finish.

When you contact us for a paint job, we will inspect your walls to make sure they are paint-ready. We check for seams, cracks, holes, and any other inconsistencies. When we are working on drywall, we try to minimize the dust by covering and protecting the areas we are working on. With all of our jobs we keep the areas that we are working on clean by vacuuming and removing any debris.

We know how important it is to keep the inside of your home as clean as possible during our process. Now we get to the fun part — when we see the result of all of the preparation. We use only high quality paint (usually Sherwin Williams) to ensure a fantastic result that will last a lot longer than the lesser quality paints. We apply 2 coats of paint to areas that need to be painted. As a final step we remove all plastic, put your furniture back into place, and after some light dusting and vacuuming, we leave your house cleaner than we found it!

Cleaning: Pressure Washing is the quickest and most effective method of cleaning an exterior surface. In a very short period of time, your surface can be free of dirt, mold, mildew, soot, airborne pollutants, etc. that make the structure look dingy and uncared for. It's an excellent and cost-effective way to spruce up your property. Maintenance: Mold, mildew, dirt, soot, airborne pollutants, etc. can cause damage to your structure and the structure's surface. Siding, wood (included treated wood), stucco, etc. can become discolored.
