I had a good experience with sunshine. David was fair in his pricing. He was the only company to bring out a price list and a window sample. The other company just gave me a price with no break down. The service tech only took 2.5 hours for 13 windows. This is the first time I’ve slept in my home without a draft from the window behind my bed. I attached a picture of the window in the living room.

Sunshine installed all new windows @ a rental I had almost 10 years ago. As I was selling it, I found some of the windows were off track and some even had moisture in them. I called them up, they came out and fixed every window that was broken by the previous tenants. ABSOLUTELY recommend this company, as they were great to work with and very responsive. Thanks again!

We have had the absolute best experience with Sunshine!! The team has been amazing on all three projects they’ve completed for us within the past 2 years. This company leaves yard signs all over Northeast. No matter how many times you call, they just keep sprouting up again in public right of ways, parks, empty houses, etc. Terrible response to request to stop this activity. KCMO has enough challenges without companies littering up parks/sidewalks.

I think with sunshine you get honesty and integrity just because you don't like the answer doesn't give you the right to bash the company I for one will wait for the job to be done right and not rushed

We had Sunshine, install our window on a home we were remodeling to sell and have to say that their customer service was horrible. Not only were they well beyond the quoted time of delivery and installation, but they ordered the wrong windows. We had to wait again for the correct windows to be ordered and installed and it delayed the listing of our house. Through the whole time, the owner or salesman never contacted us to try and make things right. We received a bill a year later stating that a small portion of the bill was past due. We would have been happy to talk with someone when the problems had happened and worked something out, but obviously the owner was more worried about coming out and getting the sale than customer service and refuses to even talk to us now.

The Sunshine windows I have on my house are wonderful, seal tight for energy conservation, high quality are durable. Just as good or better than the overpriced national brands at a fraction of the cost. I have had them for over 10 years and they still look and work like brand new. I keep one of their signs in my yard because I want my neighbors to know how nice these windows are.
