Marble floor refinishing is a virtually dust free process in which we can do a variety of different processes depending on the condition of the stone surface. Cleaning- Removal of dirt, grease and grime build up including the low porous areas of your stone floor. Chip & Crack Repair- We expertly match the color and texture of the material we are working with. Then we match the finish of stone so the filled area blends in naturally. Polishing / Finishes-We offer high polished, high satin, satin, honed / low satin, and matte finishes.
Tile floors are very low maintenance but should be professionally cleaned periodically. Dirt, grime, and grease tend to build up in the low areas on the tile and make it very difficult to clean with household cleaners. We use a heavy duty machine scrubbing process along with the finest chemicals available to remove deep stubborn stains. A common problem that occurs on tile floors is hardened grout residue. Sometimes after a tile floor is installed excess grout is left on the floor and is very difficult to clean off.
Any time you have natural stone outside exposed to the elements it is imperative that it is maintained properly. Exterior stone should be sealed with a penetrating sealer periodically. Some of our customers have found that their existing natural stone floors are too slippery. Ace Marble Restoration can provide a matte finish to the stone making it slip resistant. This is especially important on pool decks, lanai's and even bathrooms. This can also be an added precaution for commercial property.
