Agler was founded in 1981, originally as a flooring company, by Ben and Karol Agler along with John Kerns, Karol's brother, known to many as "Uncle John". Soon to join the business was daughter LaDeene after graduating from Florida State University. Daughter Connie, upon graduation from The Florida State University and obtaining her Interior Design License, also joined the team. LaDeene has received her Building Contractor License.
