We needed our master bedroom carpet stretched as it had developed “speed bumps” over the last 11 yrs. Greg came right out and explained the process and gave me a fair price. The office then scheduled the job over the phone, and were pleasant and professional. The job was done on time with not one issue, and the rug looks great! I highly recommend The Floor Covering Shop! Tile installers from the Floor Covering Shop did the floors and shower enclosures in both of our bathrooms. They also did a glass tile backsplash in our new kitchen. I found them to be reliable (the showed up as scheduled), skilled and professional. We are very pleased with all aspects of the work that was done.
Most importantly, the installers refused to tile a shower enclosure that had been poorly prepared by one of the construction crew. They could have chosen to tile over the substandard prep job but instead they made sure that the shower wall was correct before they tiled it.

Everyone at the Floor Covering Shop from the owners to the installers were very competent and professional.....from visiting my home, showing me carpet that would withstand two very active dogs to the actual installation. I highly recommend them if you have a need for any type of floor covering the Floor Covering Shop is the place to go. The lead installer that I had was Ralph and he and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with and have in my home. I did not have the carpets in the hall closets replaced, but Ralph found extra carpet that would fit, so carpeted them also to match the rest of the house - thanks, Ralph and your team.

This shop is honestly the best I have ever dealt with regarding construction and reconstruction in my home. The placed impeccable carpet in 2013 , and then recently , were able to track down that same (rare) carpet when I had a huge flood in my home. The owners were amazingly responsive when I called after the flood, and came out to meet with me, gave a quote for insurance company within days , and were the first contractors to get in and install the carpet efficiently and perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend them! I am so happy with the final product ! You guys are the absolute BEST!

Very happy with the customer service and selection at FCS and with the installation of our carpet. I called a million times and every time Jonathan was more than helpful. Would definitely return for any floor covering needs and would highly recommend to others.

The Floor Covering Shop did a great job on my carpets!!! They were very quick to respond and got someone out to give us a price and got us on the schedule very fast. Even though I didn't give them very much time, they got them done before we moved in. The staff was very friendly and answered every question i had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs new floors!
A beautiful joint effort by two of our crews. Marazzi Urban District BRX “Downtown” in the foyer and hallway. Down Under “Penfold” wool carpet runner on the stairs. The homeowner chose black paint and grout to pull out the darker tones in the tile and make the carpet pop! The final outcome resulted...
