If your floors has some minor scratches that are not deep into the wood, we can repair it by sanding the area and applying 3 coats of poly. Note that depending on the type of scratch the only option might be refinishing all wood flooring. If your little fellow can't resist peeing on your wood floors, you will note that overtime the wood will get dark.
Some of them really come in hand to help you during the process like removing carpets or tile and helping moving furniture. Others will intensify the beauty of your floors like installing wood grills and stair treads refinish.
As the time passes, your floors may start looking worn. You can make them look brand new again by sanding to the bare wood and finishing them. We have all the equipment and a trained team to do the work for you. Refinish includes: sanding to the bare wood, staining (optional) and apply 3 coats of finish. Below you can see some colors available in 1 of the product lines we work with: Dura Seal. After sanding or staining, we have to protect your floors against scratches. We work with 2 types of finish that will provide the protection you need: oil and water-based poly, both excellent.
