Staining entails changing the color of floors, and it is an optional procedure performed after the final sanding and before the initial coat of finish. Additionally, there are captivating pre-treatments currently available that can be applied prior to staining, enhancing the color and adding depth to the final result.
Repairs

Dustless Sanding
Our Standard Dust Control set up comprises of a very powerful multi-component vacuum system. The vacuum is attached to a pre-separation drum that we have modified with double cyclones for increased efficiency. This set-up is able to facilitate multiple hoses. But even though the standard system above is state-of-the-art and highly effective, despite what anyone says. On some projects there are rooms that need to be sealed off from the main work area. Tiled kitchens, carpeted living rooms etc. With this option, plastic sheeting will be hung up (with non-marking painters tape) in any of these non-work areas so we can form a protected dust free zone.
Stair Restorations
Refinishing stairs is a highly demanding aspect of the overall process. Even with the aid of specialized tools, the presence of numerous angles, corners, and small components requires extensive manual effort to restore them to their original wooden state, preparing them for staining and finishing. It is crucial to exercise utmost caution when sanding around the stringers and spindles to avoid any damage.

Brian and his crew from Dustless Hardwood Floors did a magnificent job of revitalizing our 21 year old oak kitchen and hallway floors. He advised us on the perfect color and the finish is beautiful. Extremely pleased with the job Dustless did on our floors. They restored our old pine floors that had been cover in carpet for years. They are now stunning! We couldn't be happier. Our stairs was in extremely bad shape, Brian came up with great suggestions that worked, where other companies didn't want to touch them.
