We love our fence and gates. The quality is really great. Pleased with our new gates and the installation crew was on time, quiet, cleaned up everything. In short very professional. We were pleasantly surprised to find our gate was installed while we were out. Most vinyl gates are 1.5" to 2" thick, and they are basically a panel of fence hung on hinges.
Most residential installations occur where there is no permit required to install one of our pergolas. Every area and municipality can be different, so it is recommended that you check with your local authorities whether you need a permit or not. In the event that you do need a permit, most drawing or rendering requirements can be satisfied with a copy of our standard attachment and assembly drawings. If that is not sufficient, a wet stamp drawing from an engineer may be required, but that is the exception rather than the rule.
