The Furniture Mission could not function without the support of our large volunteer base. We need help with everything from folding sheets to delivering sofas. Whether you or your organization can only come once, or you can commit to coming every weekend, both ourselves and the families that we serve would be extremely grateful for your help. If you are looking to have your church get involved with the Furniture Mission, whether this is through letting us speak with your congregation, donating resources or volunteering as a group, we would love to connect and help spread God's word and love, together.
Our Mission is to demonstrate the love of Christ by providing those in need with gently used furniture and household items. A comfortable home provides dignity, security and a better environment in which to raise a family. With your help, we can continue to collect and distribute gently used furniture to our community free of charge. Each person who receives furniture is referred by a social service agency, school, church, or hospital. Prequalifying assures that we are serving those truly in need.
