SFM looks at the whole job not just the plumbing aspect of the project. It is very rare when a plumbing issue occurs that plumbing will be the only issue. As such SFM can complete all aspects the project for the client removing the client headache of coordinating with several trades. We offer better solutions and as a facility maintenance contractor we look at the whole project. A standard plumber may create holes in drywall looking for a leak. Standard plumber will NOT repair drywall. SFM will repair the drywall and create smaller holes as our staff is trained to look at a project from the big picture not just from a one trade vantage point.
