I was looking at a few different places to get netting and rope for a railing system; some of the places could not be bothered to help me think thru the project or needs at all. On the other hand, Deb was very patient and helpful on the phone and via email in helping me work out what I needed. We are so pleased with our finished product! Deb has been totally responsive and helpful.
Customer service was outstanding. Deb and Fabian went out of their way to get the order correct. Our credit cards were maxed out due to the home renovations. They reserved the items and put them on the side until we were able to mail them a personal check. All the other companies that carried the items we needed (Viro Surface - Herringbone - Arurog) were 4 months out. More importantly Deb's and Fabian's price were a lot cheaper and they did all the legwork to find the cheapest shipping rate.
