From the first phone call where the lady spent over 20 mins with me trying to help with property lines, to my awesome salesman Jason who came out several times to go over the plan and responded to every email, to the install crew who worked until 7pm in blustery freezing temps to finish the job, I had the most professional experience I could have imagined. The price was right and the product is beautiful! I'm glad I went with Abbey! Thank you all!

Customer service is lacking. I've been looking for quotes in the area and ran across Abbey. I had to follow up with them (instead of it being the other way around). The person that came by the house was very unfriendly. When i called for a follow up, the woman on the phone was unfriendly as well. I'm sorry, but if I'm going to pay thousands of dollars on a fence, I should get some manners.

My husband and I just had a deck built by Abbey-Fritz Fence Co. Everything went beautifully, from our first meeting with the extremely knowledgeable Brian Kish to the installation of the final piece of lattice work under our deck. The price was quite reasonable--we got three estimates. Our finished deck is beautiful! As an extra benefit, the crew was easy to have around for eight days and even the noise level was minimal. I highly recommend Abbey-Fritz.

I will start off by saying that over the years I have had a lot of work done on the houses I have owned and no business compares to this one! Everything was seamless! I would like to call out Austen Reynolds for his awesome customer service skills. Every step of the way he was very clear in communicating what was going on with my fencing project. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They are reasonably priced and offer something so rare these days......great customer service!!!
