Our adventure started when Rich and Rene Kesecker decided to better their lives. They wanted to leave behind the big-city hustle and find a place more conducive to raising a family. With no clear path in place, Rich and Rene quit their jobs, loaded up their three young kids, and rolled the dice. Rich famously said "I don't care what it takes, even if I have to open up Rich's Video Store/Pest Control, I will make it work." They relocated to Corvallis, where they still live today. The Keseckers grew Good Earth Pest Company while working nights and weekends at supplementary jobs.
