I wish there was a way to give zero stars because one is too many. After being a loyal Allstate customer for 6 years we decided to sell our house and didn't need their services anymore. I wrote that on two separate bills when I told them we would be cancelling our service. We thanked them and thought everything was good. All they needed to do was pick up their equipment. I even called on the phone and explained to them we were cancelling and why. It took us longer than we expected to get our house on the market and they didn't stop charging us. Almost two years later they are saying we owe them all that money. I never got an email from them. They said they called repeatedly but I didn't get the calls. They could have reached out in various ways but didn't. Now they are sueing us for 2000.00. We are going to pay it because it is easier and cheaper than fighting it but I would never do business with them in the future.
