The best bet for treatment is using their numbers and social behavior against them. Depending on the type of ant we will either bait their foraging areas or apply liquid insecticides to active areas. These treatments are transferred amongst the individual ants through normal interactions and will work there way around the colony almost like a cold moves from person to person.

We use either Termidor SC or Premise 75 to create a chemical barrier between your house and possible termite entry points.

We offer two different types of Rodent Control Services; Rodent Trapping and Rodent Baiting. In most cases Rodent baits and sealing of entry points are the most effective and efficient way to control a Rat or Mouse infestation quickly, however the baits have some flaws including the possibility of a rodent dying in an inaccessible portion of your home. It is for this reason that we give you the option of choosing between baiting, trapping, or a combination of both. Find the source-Fleas prefer to feed on fur bearing animals. Therefore it's best to determine what animal or animals are the source. This can be as simple as your family pet or as complicated as a family of possums living under your house. We target Spiders during our regular service trips but due to their nature and habits we do not include them in our warranty. Unfortunately most of the chemicals we use don't control spiders all that well for many reasons. However our chemicals do work well on many of the insects that Spiders feed on. The idea here is to reduce their food source which in turn makes the environment less attractive to them. While chemical application has a place in spider control it is just one step of many to reduce the likelihood of Spiders in the home.
