We use and recommend the Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System. The Sentricon system utilizes bait stations placed in the soil at 8-10 ft. One way to prevent a termite infestation is to perform a pre-construction treatment. This treatment is performed at various stages of construction and is designed to provide a chemical barrier between the structure and the soil.
I have had this service for 4 years. I couldn't be happier with their service and employees. They go above and beyond in helping with problems. I have had to call them back in between service visits and they have taken care of the problems and I was never charged an additional cost. Highly recommend this company.
Problem wasn't resolved, had to hire another company after having this company come in not only once, but twice and still couldn't get the issue taken care of. When asked how they could get the issue taken care of in 45 minutes, I was told to take the service paperwork, fold it up and shove it up my ass. Terrible customer service! Wouldn't recommend!
Highly recommend this company! Professional, courteous, timely.and willing to come back and reapply treatment if the problem isn't fixed the first time.
