I would give them Zero Stars if I could. I am so disappointed in every aspect of this company. When we were looking to change alarm companies, we chose Hue & Cry because they were a small, family owned, and a local company. I would have been better off with a large, corporate company. I think the service would have been better. Some of their fire technicians are unreliable, unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. When you complain about this or ask that they not return, your request is ignored. Once you complain, you do not received any feed back from management, it is as if you don't exist. It can take up to 2 weeks for a call to be returned, if it is returned. Appointments are cancelled by them and the customer is not even informed. If a technician is late, they do not pay you $100.00 like they advertise. Speaking to someone with authority, management, is virtually impossible. I find it interesting that they only post positive reviews on their web page as if all is good. Based on my experience with Hue & Cry, I would not recommend them to anyone. I truly hope that they read this and fix the issues that they actually have and not believe all the positives that they receive.
