We encourage customers to shop around and ask important questions of their potential home inspectors. We know there are good inspectors out there, but we believe ourselves to be the best and we're willing to prove it. Ask your potential inspectors if they'll walk the roof, guarantee/warranty their work, or enter a crawlspace that's too small by current standards. Are they licensed to both measure and mitigate radon in State College, Johnstown, Altoona, or the surrounding areas? Then call us, because our inspection services exceed the minimum standards every time.
We are a locally owned inspection firm that has been in business since 2010. We started out like most residential inspection firms do and offered the standard home inspection for real estate transactions. We concentrated on the local area at first but we have grown and now serve all of Central PA to include Johnstown, Altoona, and State College. As real estate purchases have become slightly more complex, we have kept pace. We send our inspectors to continuing education classes every year so that our firm can offer all the services a home buyer/owner may need.
If the structural integrity of a foundation is in question, or if your lender requires a foundation cert on a manufactured home, give us a call. An engineer of record can be used to assess the foundation and validate its integrity or make recommendations to repair the foundation so it can continue to perform as intended. If you're concerned about the quality of the appliances in the home (HVAC, water heater, ect.) let us know. We check all appliances in the home for existing recalls. If recalls exist, we get you a free in-home repair.
