Whole home bypass humidifiers are great if you have severe allergies or nosebleeds from dry sinuses, dry skin. Also a must have if you have expensive hardwood floors to keep them from cracking during the dry effect of heating with a high-efficiency furnace that removes moisture from the air.

The first thing we do is ask all of our customers what their individual needs or health needs are and then we'd pick a system to meet their needs for the best price possible. The above price of equipment on sale 95% of the time will not change unless the customer adds to the system or we have to retrofit the new installation of the Equipment, because the previous furnace was installed in the 60s or earlier then the price may vary for extra materials or equipment add-on's.

Preventative maintenance is very important on your heating and air-conditioning system, routine maintenance will save you a lot of money on major part replacement as there are routine maintenance parts on all systems that can and will take out major components. We offer preventative maintenance contracts with two visits per year, we tear down the furnace once before winter and completely clean and maintenance all mechanical parts and check capacitors, motors, filters, wiring, control boards, hot surface igniter, flame sensor, pressure switches, limits, cracks in vacuum lines and drain lines and carbon monoxide testing on heat exchangers for cracks, test humidifiers/dehumidifiers check and test T-Stat's and wiring.
