Had my car towed to their facility after I broke down on the highway. The shops diagnosis was that I needed a new radiator which would cost $884! I did some research and found that a brand new radiator costs $120 so they were charging $764 in labor costs for a 2-3 hour job. Decided to tow to another shop and walked out paying less than $300. I would NOT recommend this shop to Anyone unless you want to be outrageously over charged!
Was told at another place that my battery and alternator were bad and needed to be replaced. Went to Auto Analyst and they checked my car out and my connection to the alternator was bad. Cost $30 instead of $450 at the other place. They will fix your car but will also be honest and not rip you off. The best place in Kzoo! 10 out of 5 stars.
