Tried to confirm an oil delivery for a client and had the displeasure of speaking with Ms/Mrs. McComas who was intolerably rude from the start. Was supposed to receive a call when it was being delivered as the lines were supposed to be bled and didn't. Was told that they made multiple efforts to call me which is not true. They may have called somebody but it wasn't me. Received attitude from the start as I was trying to ascertain what had happened. When I asked for the name of the person I was speaking with she hung up on me. I called back, spoke to someone else and was transferred to her. I asked what her name was again and she hung up on me. I called back a 3rd time and was told that she doesn't give out her name to clients. It's no wonder she wouldn't want her customers to know that she's an owner or related to the owner. You should be ashamed of yourself for the way you treated me and your accusatory tone. Worst customer service ever. I won't be recommending McComas to other clients.
I love this company and have for almost 29 years now. They are very loyal and really care about their customers. The techs are great as well as the lovely ladies you talk to on the phone.
My new furnace was installed a few weeks ago by McComas and it was done with fantastic service, efficiently (couldn't believe how quick they got everything done!), and with expertise. The work area afterwards was incredibly clean, too! And now that the nights are below freezing, I am deeply grateful. Another company who I'd been a customer with for 6 years told me they couldn't get me heat for a month! Thanks, Wayne and everyone at McComas!
