Services covered by our King's Perferential Service agreement are scheduled during our regular hours of 8AM - 5PM, Monday-Friday, except holidays. After hours or weekend scheduling is available for an additional charge. This agreement is for one year from the effective date. The agreement renewal price and terms will remain the same unless we notify you of any changes in writing, at least 30 days before it expires. Todd King's Heating and Cooling will not be liable for any loss arising from delay, failure to discover a condition requiring repair or replacement, or as a consequence of any performance under any service agreement.
