We have been using Mitchell for our oil delivery for a few months now and have been very happy with their service. There were a couple of instances where we needed a technician to come out and the services were very prompt and the technicians were very knowledgeable. More importantly, we engaged Mitchell to oversee the installation of our new above ground oil tank and removal of our underground tank. They did a fabulous job of coordinating the work and the subcontractors who completed the job were really great. It was not an easy one to do since our underground tank was close to our well line, but the tank was pulled without any issues and with extra sensitivity to the complexity of the work. We would absolutely recommend Mitchell for all of their services based on our experience thus far!
Can't say enough about Mitchell's! Starting with Tom DeFeo and the sales staff. They were fast, organized, and very professional. I received a fill one afternoon about an hour after I ran out, the driver of the truck was happy to help assist me in refiring the boiler. The driver had such pride in his truck and job, which speaks highly about this company. Another time they were at my house 30 minutes after I called because I had no heat. The price of propane is the best around, and the service staff is most importantly trustworthy and honest. I'd recommend them to anyone. Job well done!
