Elihu M. Harris State Building is our largest project to date as a General Contractor. The $3.3M project included replacing the cooling tower on the 23rd floor roof! We replaced 45 heat pumps located throughout the building and carried out a major electrical upgrade. Using Bigge Crane's largest mobile crane, it was certainly an event.
Bruce began his career in 1983 as a commercial refrigeration and air conditioning service technician. Later, he moved to the construction end of the business, advancing to hold project manager and sales positions in both union and non-union companies. To better serve his customers, he started Bel Air Mechanical in 2004. His field experience taught him the importance of properly designed and installed systems, which are key to future serviceability and energy efficiency. Working in the service end taught him the value of never giving up and never letting the customer down.
