After many years spent directly in the field working on service and installation projects; Gary's role consists mainly of business administration, personnel and sales management support to the excellent team at Schar Heating & Cooling, Inc. One of Gary's greatest rewards is providing warm radiant floor heat as the best form of indoor comfort during our cold winters. Outside of work, Gary is inspired by travelling and spending time in God's beautiful creation. Karen has been involved at Schar Heating & Cooling, Inc. since 2003.

In 1994, Schar Heating and Cooling, Inc. began as a "one man show" providing installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation products to mainly the new construction market. After significant growth in both staff and equipment choices, today we happily offer many comfort products to homeowners and commercial businesses, while also continuing to serve contractors building new homes or buildings.
We have only had them one time. They found a leak in our heat exchanger. That explained why we were not feeling well. Our furnace was still under warranty. They contacted the company and had a new one rushed to us. It was installed the next day. Thankful God was watching over us and we had a company like Schar become our service company. Very thankful for their quick service.
They are very professional and courteous. The technician was thorough in explaining what the issue was with our furnace and was able to get the furnace running temporarily until the replacement part was available the next day. I also used them to replace the furnace and air conditioner at my previous home a couple of years ago and was equally satisfied with their work then.
As Schar Heating and Cooling continues to grow, we are finally expanding our office. We plan on keeping our loving followers updated in our progression as time proceeds and continue to contribute to this community we all know and love.
