We have used Perma Pools to service the pool ever since we purchased our home 8 1/2 years ago. They have serviced our pool, opened and closed the pool and several years ago did a major repair. We are Viking Pools' exclusive Central Indiana dealer for their fiberglass pools and we have built the most fiberglass pools in Indianapolis bar none.
Perma Pools was started by Terry Mungle in 1987 to bring the fiberglass pool to the Indianapolis market. Bill Lambert purchased the business from Terry in 1999, in 2018 Bill sold the business to the current owner Dan Majestic. Perma Pools started building one-piece fiberglass pools in 1987 and essentially created the market for these pools in Indianapolis. We have built various manufacturers' fiberglass pools since our inception. We now exclusively sell Viking fiberglass pools and have done so since 1998.
Our service department is run by Pam Stammer whose only duty at Perma Pools is servicing pools. She operates 5 crews of enthusiastic service technicians that cover most of Central Indiana. Pam grew up in the swimming pool industry, has been with Perma Pools as its service manager for over 25 years (Check out her Bio). She knows what she is talking about. During the course of a year, Pam directs thousands of openings, closings, equipment repairs, and other inground pool services. We will take your filter cartridges when we close your pool and store them at our facility over winter.
I have experienced nothing but impeccable customer service from Perma Pools! I had terrible customer service with 2 other local pool companies and Perma blew me away with their friendly, fast, and efficient service. They have earned my business moving forward! Numerous issues over the last year. Pool light fixture was cut and never repaired after many phone calls and emails. Cost me 450.00 to have their negligence fixed. Pool heater was shooting water all over my yard and after 3 calls and 3 promises and 4 days later no one ever showed up. More issues but to many to list. Had to finally give up after their lack of customer service and the many unanswered phone calls and emails to the owner.
Dear Perma Pools, Please come and do our pool repair that has been promised and then put off for many months now. A returned call would be courteous as well. Very poor customer service seems to have been given to me as your concern seems only to be new installations.
