That is why ESC has an in-house P.E. and an experienced CAD/Design Staff to find out what the specific goals are in a project.

Our Project Managers and Construction Team complete on average approximately 130 projects per year. The employees of the construction division are made up of our three full-time project managers, estimating department, a fabrication shop and construction crews which are overseen by company Vice President Russell Grimes, a 50+ year veteran of the HVAC industry.

ESC also provides a wide range of materials including Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper and more. ESC uses PROFAB Duct Wrap Film which protects from dust, debris and pain. The company also uses CNC Fabrication Equipment for precise manufacturing. The company also provides Custom Labeling of Components with Logo or other information if it is required.

The ESC Service Division maintains highly skilled technicians and is managed by Mike Shelton, a certified technician with over 30 years of experience in both HVAC service and project management. Our technicians are EPA certified and have experience ranging from 1.5 ton Heat Pumps to 1000 Ton Centrifugal Chillers. The Service Division responds to over 3000 calls for service on an annual basis. ESC prides itself in providing accurate diagnostic analysis of existing HVAC systems, with the most cost efficient response to the problem.
