When choosing a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) specialist for your home or business, it's important to know that you are hiring a company with a history of satisfied customers and who will stand behind their work. At J & K Heating & Cooling, our word and reputation means more to us than making a quick buck. Our customers are family to us, and we take care of our family! J and K is a heating and cooling company which opened its doors to service the Peninsula in 1989. Our goal was and still is to give our customers the best service available. Our company is an Elite American Standard dealer, and our employees are factory trained. We have been a customer care dealer since 2005. Call us today and we'll diagnose the problems with your HVAC systems, your ducting and whatever your needs are. We can work with you to create a solution for your heating and cooling usage.
At J&K Heating and Cooling, we never want to get to a place where we take our customers for granted. As our way of saying THANKS, we try to run as many deals as we can and to offer discounts to make our services and your purchases/expenses as manageable as possible. Throughout the year, we will run various specials and offer discounts to give you the opportunity to make both your vital and necessary repairs or upgrades, as well as to be able to take care of your "wish list" as it pertains to the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) of your home or business.

One of the biggest overall costs for business owners (over the course of a month and throughout the year) can be in regard to heating and cooling their facilities. If you have an inefficient and/or older system, you may very well be losing money on a regular basis. While there are certainly some commonalities between residential and commercial heating and air conditioning equipment and repairs, there are also a wide range of differences between the two. This makes it all the more important that you hire a company that has specific experience in the realm ofcommercialHVAC services.
J & K is fabulous, we wouldn't use anyone else! Kenny and the whole team are wonderful!
Air handler was down. Tim showed up, diagnosed and replaced the bad capacitor in about 15 minutes. J and K has been doing all of my work for 16 years. They have replaced an old system, installed a new system, and provided excellent maintenance and repair service along the way. Thanks J and K.
Ken had the best price for the system I choose. His guys did a great turnkey job. I'm definitely going to recommend them in the future.
Installed a nice 15 Seer 4 ton American Standard package heat pump today. As usual our installers did an excellent job. I know our customer is going to love how this system will increase their comfort level and decrease their utility bills.
