In 1976, BCH was established in Largo, Florida. In the time since, our team has grown to more than four hundred employees, making us the largest mechanical contractor in the Tampa Bay area. Our commercial construction expertise extends to specialized projects, such as research labs, industrial and manufacturing facilities, as well as education, government, and health care structures.

While BCH is best known for performing extensive, multi-million dollar projects, our firm also performs smaller jobs within the state of Florida. The BCH Fast Track Division was established several years ago when two long-time leaders in Estimation and Production teamed up to solve a problem faced by many of our customers: How do we get the same quality, experience, and resources that we receive on larger jobs when working with smaller construction projects? Mark Williams, an HVAC and Production veteran leads this division, which has provided a much needed solution for BCH clients and carved out a niche, performing both direct-to-owner and smaller, fast-track projects for general contractors.

ConServ aspires to be the primary service provider for all of your commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general construction service needs. When you need service, ConServ has the manpower to respond quickly, dispatching well-trained, licensed, and experienced technicians. We have the flexibility of a small firm with the resources of a large corporation.
